I am a previous patient of yours; do I need to pay the initial assessment fee?

No, I would be excited to continue our work together. Please mention our prior work together when reaching out.

Do you prescribe ADHD medications?

Although I am comfortable and familiar with stimulants for ADHD, the state of Ohio does not grant outpatient nurse practitioners the ability to prescribe schedule II-controlled medications. I am happy to help address alternative ways to manage ADHD.

What client population do you treat?

We treat all clients ages 18+.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept insurance, major credit cards and cash. Payments are due at time of service. A super bill is available upon request.

I sent over a medical question, and or refill request, when can I expect to hear back?

You should expect a response from our team within 24-72 business hours. All medication question, refills, and paperwork will be answered during the hours of 7am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. For all medical and psychiatric emergencies, clients should seek the nearest emergency department.

Do you service outside of northeast Ohio?

Yes, however state laws mandate that if treatment is required for longer than 1 year that an in-person assessment will be needed.

Do you have cancelations fees?

Yes, but we understand that life gets in the way. There are no fees or warnings with a 24-hour notice of cancelation. Even so, the first occurrence will be provided with a warning. The second occurrence will incur a $50 cancelation fee thereafter. This resets after 1 year and follows a rolling calendar.
